You’ll also find a Keurig single cup and pot coffee maker, coffee, creamer and sweetener, toaster, and Tea kettle for your morning routine.
Checkin & Checkout
We want your stay to start and end as smoothly as possible!
Check-In:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. You’ll receive detailed directions and a unique access code before your arrival, so you can come and go at your convenience. If you’re running early, feel free to message us — we’ll do our best to accommodate an early check-in if the home is ready.
Check-Out:
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. This helps us prepare the space for the next guests. Before you leave, please:

Place used towels in the bathroom.

Load and start the dishwasher if you used any dishes.

Make sure all doors are locked and lights are off.
If you’d like a late check-out, just let us know in advance — we can often make it work if the schedule allows.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we always try to be fair when that happens. However, since our home is reserved just for you once you book, we follow a strict cancellation policy.

Full refund if you cancel within 30 days before check in.

50% refund (minus any fees) if you cancel up to 7 to 30 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival.
We encourage guests to double-check travel plans before booking and consider travel insurance for peace of mind.
If something unexpected comes up — like severe weather, travel restrictions, or emergencies — please reach out. We’re human too, and we’ll do our best to work with you whenever possible.
